We host pop-up dinners once a month in Tamarindo. Pop-up dinners are special, one-off dinners that are hosted in venues that have space for special events: restaurants/bars that are closed in the evening, community spaces, farms, or other private venues. While our menus are always 100% plant-based, vegan and gluten-free, we focus on seasonal, local and organic ingredients which means that our menus change at each pop-up. The theme of the dinner also changes as we focus on different cuisines from around the world.
What makes these pop-up special is that you get to try new foods and flavors inspired from cuisines around the world while also meeting new people. We often have communal seating and usually have a wonderful mix of locals and tourists at our events which equates to people joining us who are from different backgrounds and cultures. People seek us out to experience our unique food and vibe. We promote our pop-ups through social media, our website and at the Saturday Tamarindo Farmers Market.
